General Provisions
The guest rooms and lodgings at the Garden Rose are rented for a fixed duration. Under no circumstances may the tenant claim any right to remain on the premises after the end of their stay.
Lodgings Descriptions
The included amenities and services are detailed on the following pages:
• The Beynac double room
• The Domme double room
• The Sarlat double room
• The Montfort lodging for 2 people
• The Périgord lodging for 4 people
Use of the Premises
You will enjoy the cottage of your choice in a peaceful manner, and we kindly ask you to make proper use of the property while respecting the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guest rooms and lodgings.
At the end of your stay, you are expected to return any furniture to its original arrangement, if applicable, as it was found upon your arrival.
We appreciate you notifying us of any issues (e.g., burnt-out light bulbs, leaks, etc.).
The tenant is responsible for any damages caused by their actions and must ensure they have insurance coverage for risks associated with the stay.
The pool is heated depending on the time of year, and its use is entirely the responsibility of the tenant. The tenant specifically agrees never to leave a child unsupervised within the pool area.
On the day of departure, to allow for thorough preparation of the accommodations, we kindly ask you to vacate your guest room or lodging by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.
Occupants
The number of people staying in the accommodation may not, under any circumstances, exceed the capacity stated on the guest rooms and lodgings pages of our website without prior agreement from us. If an exception is granted, an additional fee will apply.
30Booking – Payment
The booking of guest rooms and lodging can be made:
• Online via our website
• By phone at +33 6 42 61 41 11
The booking becomes effective once you have paid:
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay;
- The balance upon arrival for your stay.
You can pay by card, check, or bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, you have 7 business days for us to receive the deposit or balance in the bank account specified in the email notifications sent following your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified by email, using the email address that was used to make the reservation.
You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
If you wish to change your stay dates, please contact us by phone at +33 6 42 61 41 11 or via email through the Contact Me page.
If you shorten your stay, the full amount of the originally planned stay remains payable to the owner.
If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be retained, and we reserve the right to re-rent the accommodation.
In the event of cancellation on our part, we will refund the full deposit amount.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
